Title: The millennial traveller – a WYSE research review
Date: Tuesday, 14 April 2015
Time: 17:00 – 18:00 CET
Presenter: Greg Richards, WYSE Travel Confederation
Why is the millennial traveller so important?
Young people are travelling further and more often than ever before, accounting for 227 million of the more than 1.1 billion international tourist arrivals in 2014. In order to capture a snapshot of the behaviours, experiences and attitudes of the millennial traveller, the young yet influential generation of travellers born from the early 80s to 2000, WYSE Travel Confederation designed and conducted the Millennial Traveller survey last year.
During this session…
Join Professor Greg Richards for a review of key findings and highlights from the WYSE Travel Confederation Millennial Traveller report series.
The Millennial Traveller series presents an analysis of responses regarding destinations, travel services, travel motivations, trip characteristics, use of the internet and mobile technology, plus attitudes towards political and socio-economic issues through a number of short reports.
