Customer service was one of the top three factors that millennial travellers said they considered when choosing a travel agent; a clear indication that millennial travellers are looking for expertise and excellent service and that the travel agent is certainly not dead.
Millennials travel agent clients were most likely to choose a travel agent based on cost, followed by good customer service and finally destination knowledge.
