You may think that millennials would be after in-flight WiFi and free peanuts when flying, but responses from WYSE Travel Confederation’s Millennial Traveller survey indicated that punctuality and comfort are the top two factors that millennials consider contribute to making a great airline.
In-flight entertainment, according to millennial airline passengers, followed as the third most important element of a great airline.
While in-flight entertainment ranked in the top three elements of a great airline, 71% of millennial airline passengers said that they read airline magazines. Furthermore, reading was one of the top three in-flight activities that millennial travellers spent their time on while flying.
