Laurel Robbins is the founder of Monkeys and Mountains, an award-winning adventure travel blog and tour company that helps travelers plan their hiking, cycling and wildlife holidays because she believes that we’d all be happier if we spent a little more time in nature.
Laurel gave up her prestigious Program Director position at a university in Canada, to pursue her dream of traveling the world and inspiring others to embark on their own adventures when she moved to Munich. She’s worked with over 100 tourism boards and travel companies is a frequent contributor to BBC Travel and is a sought out speaker at conferences and events.
