Biography
As a member of the World Youth Student and Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation, I can appreciate the community that WYSE has built and the support it offers to that community. In my standing for a role on the Travel safety, insurance and child protection Advisory Panel I hope to offer my knowledge and longtime experience in the insurance industry to support WYSE’s objectives of making travel safe and affordable for young travelers.
Born in Germany and raised both in Germany and the United States I have an appreciation for the educational value that travel provides for young people. Ten years ago I founded Global Secutive LLC, an insurance agency for worldwide insurance products. It is our goal to offer a wide range of products tailored to the requirements of the international cultural exchange and educational travel market. Keeping up-to-date on changing regulations and travelers’ needs is imperative for me so we can adapt our products accordingly. Forging long term relationships with organizations throughout the industry has allowed me to be agile and innovative to best service my customers.
Today I live in St Petersburg FL with my wife Sylke and my 2-year-old son Alex. We are avid travelers splitting much of our
time with family in both Germany and Nicaragua.
