Article 1.1 – definitions

Non-voting members:  the Associate Members IAP A, NTB/OTO Members, Sector Association members, Honorary Members, Association Members, Student Members, Starter Members and Associate Members.

Sector Association Members can only be Members who are founding sector associations of WYSE Travel Confederation with legal seat in Copenhagen, Denmark,

with activities related to the objectives of the Association, created to represent a significant sector interest within youth and student travel and international education

Associate Members – IAPA (non voting);

Associate Members – IAPA can only be Members who are organisations who are au

pair agencies. As per the moment the Associate Member IAP A does not comply with the abovementioned quality requirement, he can be suspended or his membership can be terminated in accordance with article 7.

  4.2.1

The Management Board may be assign a member to more than one membership type.

Article 7.3

Termination by the Member or the Association may only take place as per the end of a financial year and with due observance of a notice period of three (3) months. However, the membership can be terminated immediately if the Member or the Association cannot reasonably be expected to continue the membership.

Changes to the Rules and Regulations
2.0.1. Resignation

Members may resign their membership by written notice to the Management Board. Notice of resignation must be received by the Management Board at least three months prior to the end of a membership year in which the resignation is to take effect.
